Am I late to the party?
I am a non-diversity sophomore from a non target in NYC with a 3.65 GPA with a couple of finance internship experiences. With how accelerated recruiting is for IBD, how long would it take to cram in the technicals while also starting networking at the same time?
Try to get an internship in a similar field or as much relevant experience as possible then hit the middle market banks for full time recruiting not ideal, but it’s still possible you can get a junior summer internship
