what does the script say??
It's an introduction script. -voice mail message -Talking to Seller (M&A) -How to set up an appointment(transition to appointment)
Then it goes into Interview ?s for seller/buyer
At the end, there is an evaluation form for the seller.
They will be testing your external communications skills. Customer focused is the key word here. Show them that you can do all of these tasks on the script and do it with professionalism, confidence and be smooth.
Prepare the script, anticipate a role play, and then also just know your stuff. confidence is what you need going into a third interview.
Where the hell are the administrative assistants?
the PA's gets your coffee, dinner, lunches, gets meeting going. But this sort of stuff is more like an analyst role.
