Any tips for an OCR presenter/rep?

I work for a BB and I've done various roles around incoming analysts including super-day interviewing and managing 3 SAs. This year, I've been informed that I will also be doing some OCR work and some of those dates are already being lined up. I will also be assigned to sifting through resumes to select super-day attendees. So, in past years where I was presented with a couple dozen resumes, this year I'll be going through a couple hundred resumes to come up with the dozens that I will then propose to my colleagues.

Since this is my first time doing OCR, I'd like to hear from some of the undergrads on here about their best OCR experiences. What made a company rep "good" for you? Any memorable encounters out there? Are there any reasons why you didn't pursue a company after OCR even though they showed interest in you?
