Recently went through their recruiting process as a lateral hire, but got dinged in the last round. Overall very competitive process and relatively technical interview.
I know they hire interns for 6 months off-cycle positions and promote top-performers to analyst. Arma has a strong reputation and is growing fast, so you can't go wrong with them.
