Asset Finance

Folks.

My team has just been lent a few SAs for a few weeks (their assigned group us quiet) and I need them to get up to speed pronto on Asset Finance (i.e. leasing) for a very odd deal we have coming up (FYI - I'm in Project Finance).

Now as an Associate who paid attention whilst doing my analyst stint (and thus remembered what I had sai I would do differently in terms of managing analysts and SA), I'm thinking that they'll get the most from this (and my analysts will get the most from them - which in turn means that I'll get the most my analsts) if I can dump a few reference documents on them to read over prior to me plotting out how we want things to roll from a model, credit application etc perspective.

Problem is that for the life of me, I can't think of any (even half) decent texts on asset fnancing. Anyone out here have anything that they can point me to?

Thanks
