ATK, LEK, OW not taking interns?

I know that Oliver Wyman didn't take interns or took interns wayyyyy earlier than everyone else (like in July). I haven't seen ATK or LEK intern portals and I was curious if they were just not taking interns this year. Anyone know?

While LEK opens up its full time Associate program to non-target schools, they're very specific about only taking interns from target schools. I have some friends at HYPS who weren't able to apply because their school was not considered a target, even after getting Partner-level referrals. I believe Kearney also primarily takes interns from its target school pool, but I've seen a few get intern offers after getting high-level referrals that allowed them to apply.

Okay, that makes sense. I go to a target school in the Chicago area and haven't heard a single thing about OCR from LEK or Roland Berger. I'd imagine covid has intensified the trends you mentioned as well, since they are probably more strained this year etc

I was previously told that you can still apply to Roland Berger's US offices even if you're not at a target, but I'm not 100% sure. The person who told me this got a Partner-referral though. I know in past years they had this case competition that was released in the winter (so Jan/Feb 2021 would be my guess if they do it again) where if you performed well, you could get an internship there.
