Average time for a equity follow-on deal?
What's the typical process for selling the idea of a capital raising event, follow-on debt or equity, to a company? Are you looking for those in need of capital or is that event usually a consequence of something else?
Finally, how long would you say the entire capital raising event takes (not sure if equity/debt is faster than the other)?
Thanks.
