Bad relationship between funds?

Hi guys:

Can someone enlighten me on the following please? Every now and then, I've heard people say - "oh, there's some bad blood between these two funds"...I'm new to the industry, and I was just wondering why that would be the case please? What would cause two funds to have "bad blood"? Poaching? Deal gone wrong? Thanks!
