I’ve been trying to reach two seperate alum at BAML and my emails keep bouncing. I’ve tried [email protected] [email protected] and a few other variations. Anyone know if the format has recently changed?

I’ve tried this one and emails are still bouncing. Looks like these people may have unusual emails
interesting. that worked for me last month. The person started at BoA 1 year ago and is in ECM/DCM. Maybe it's not consistent.
FYI plenty of folks still (Oct 2021) use at baml dot com address so make sure you try them if bofa dot com bounces
As a current BAML employee:
1. Please don't email random people that you haven't met. Message them on LinkedIn instead - Much less creepy
2. In the event you do know them - No one uses @BAML anymore, but the emails will still go through if that employee was there pre-2019 (i.e. if you correctly use their [email protected] then [email protected] will also work)

“Much less creepy” Bro, it’s an email. He’s not showing up to their house. Take a deep breath.
Fair enough - the language was a bit strong, but principle still applies. Most analysts and associates don't want to be dinged on their email unless they give it to you.
If you really want a response, find people at the firm that have things in common with you (college / home town / anything else that is on their linkedin) and craft a personal message based on your similarities (not the blast email that you send to all other bankers changing the person and banks name).
Feel free to continue sending out emails, just what I have observed over 3 years.
Don’t listen to this persons advice… email whoever you need to email. If they don’t answer move on.
Shocking that someone is giving out this advice. Probably never had to network (knows MD/diversity/etc).
