BAML Terms & Conditions Flexible?

I understand that Bank of America does not typically hire individuals with F-1 student visas. Candidates must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis, not including optional or curricular training authorizations. Under normal business practice, Bank of America does not provide sponsorship for visas. (This would include H-1B visas.)

Is this something like GPA minimum 3.5 that can be waived through networking?

I knew few people there who were ready to vouch for me. They asked me to fill the online app and I found this when I was filling the online app.

This is for SA and yes, I am an international student.
