Barclays Finance Summer Analyst
Last week, I applied to the program online through my university's handshake and immediately received an assessment. It was 40-45 min in length, and was 75% corporate finance technicals - the rest were situational behaviorals.
I got an email today telling me that I passed and now have a HireVue to complete within five business days. Does anyone have any insight on what kind of questions to expect? I imagine they're all behavioral, this isn't for IB or Markets, just Finance - but i'm aware the program rotates through some MO positions, so maybe there are some technicals.
Also, can anyone confirm it's straight to Superday after the HireVue?
