BB Superday - Will I definitely receive rejection/offer notification? Or limbo . . .
Last week I went to two BB superdays and was told I would hear back late this past week.
Because they were superdays, should I expect getting some sort of notification? Or is it possible that HR will never notify me?
I've pretty much assumed rejection, but I am curious about the procedure: would they really never get back to me?
in some cases, yes they won't get back to you. but you'll probably get an email from HR saying that thy've moved on in the process
I know some cases where a kid followed up himself and got himself pulled off the waitlist just for showing enough initiative to demonstrate interest. Don't sit around on your hands, at minimum reach out to HR; if you can, get it contact with one of the actual interviewers.
if you don't hear back the same day or the next day, then you are probably on hold... which means people need to not accept their offers for you to get it. They never reject someone upfront unless you give them a deadline. They always keep you on hold

Not to hijack the thread, but I just had a superday this past Friday and didn't hear back. Given that its the weekend and Monday is a holiday, is it fair to expect that one would not hear back before Tuesday? Im guessing if I don't hear by then, then its probably over.
Bankers still work on the weekend and holidays. I heard back
Hey just to update (and to give hope to ^skdude):
I got a call this morning from the BB I superdayed with 3 weeks ago and got an offer.
The advice you all gave was great. I reached out to my interviewers and made sure they knew how interested I was (and that I still existed). Yeah I was probably pulled from some waitlist, but that doesn't really matter once you've got the offer in hand.

Hey, thanks for sharing your experience. I am actually in the same situation as you were. Never heard back after two weeks. Did you reach out to your interviewer through email or phone? I actually emailed them two days ago but have no response.
