Best IB Groups in London for PE Exits
Hello fellow monkeys,
I am interested in knowing which banks/groups in London place well in PE, outside of the usual ones you hear about like GS TMT, MS M&A, etc..... Any insights on mid/lower tier BBs would be much appreciated!

The PE recruiting in London is not as rigid as it is in NY or the rest of the US. Having a good brand name surely helps when applying or contacting a HH, but often times the PE funds will look for specific skillsets, where language, industry group etc. are more important. Of the banks I'd say that all the large american banks, Credit Suisse, Barclays will do, and even Deutsche if you are trying to recruit with German PE funds.
