Biotech - Phase 3 odds of success? What are relevant models to use?

Hi All,

I have a background in the life sciences and am new to biotech equity research.

Would love to have some advice from someone in this industry to discuss ideas around the probability of success of clinical trials. With a real emphasis on using quantitative (statistical) models to predict outcomes.

What are you guys using? How do you approach this type of analysis?
What frameworks exist for this?

Thank you!
