Breaking into BB from VC

I'm currently a sophomore at a target and got a summer internship offer from a top VC firm (think Kleiner Perkins / Greylock / General Catalyst). I'm looking to break into BB during junior year recruiting, so is it worth it to take the position, or would I be better off holding out for a boutique IB?
