Breaking into ER straight from College

Hi, guys. Last summer I did an ER internship at a boutique in London and I really liked the work I did and the culture at the firm. However, I was only doing it to have more experience on my resume to get an internship in IBD, which I now am doing (capital markets though) for six months but having been here for a month, I now think I like ER more than ECM/DCM. I'm also not interested in working +80 hours a week so M&A is out of the question.

Point is, what are my chances to break into ER after I graduate this year in December? I've had three internships including this one (compliance, then ER, then ECM/DCM) but my GPA is a bit low (3.4). Will I have a better chance if I go FT back to the bank I'm working at and then move to ER from there, or is it possible to start straight out of school?
