Can I still break into PE? What would you recommend?

Hello Everyone a little late to the game. Just recently realized, as I am about to turn 25 I would preferably like a career in PE, IB, HF or VC. My current background is:

Undergraduate BBA with a minor in Finance at a university in Central America and as you´d figure Non Target School (2.7 GPA)
Work Experience: 2 Years in Corporate Finance Role in Central America (US Citizen) for a Commercial Real Estate Firm with main responsibility as FP&A. After a year I have been promoted to Senior FP&A and have additionally managed to take on a bit of Equity Research (Real Estate Specific) and some M&A (Have done 1 sell transaction).
I am looking for any way to break in my go to and Ideal is PE but if not IB, HF and VC would also be great. I am a US citizen and I am willing to forego revenue, invest a bit and work very hard to make it happen. Here are my current options but if you cant think of any other please by all means do tell:

  1. Get an MBA at a top 10 in the US a try to break into PE (Although Ive read this is move is highly unlikely and only IB may be possible?)
  2. Quit at my job, move to the US and go internship/job scouting for IB Analyst or PE Analyst roles? I am willing to forego salary and suffer a bit but I am not sure if this is realistic?
  3. Job Seeking as an Investment Analyst or Corporate Development role, then move to IB (Analyst or Associate) and then PE? Although not sure if this one makes sense at all?

  4. Get another Bachelor and do it all over again? Not sure if this will even make sense.

If you have any insight or recommendation on how to go about doing any of these it would be great! Ideally if you could give me a % on what the odds are in terms of probability to see if they are worth the risk.

Thanks in advance for all your guidance!
