CBRE Global Investors Interview

I have an interview with CBRE Global Investors for an analyst position that includes an Argus test. Can anyone tell me what they know about the firm, interview process, what the Argus test might look like or any other relevant information you might have? I have had internships in real estate finance for two summers and I'm graduating in May. Thanks in advance.

Hey I was wondering how that interview with CBRE went? I have one coming up with them as well in the LA area and I've got the same questions you had going in.

for argus tests, you're usually given a: rent roll, CAM Recs, and the latest budget as well as MLA's (sometimes). They just want to see how you model out the property. Not too tough, but just remember to be careful and account for stuff, and note your questions (like if there is some wild expense in the budget and you decide not to include it, note why you did that). They'll sometimes want you to put an expiration schedule and RR together as well. You can PM for an example of a RR and exp schedule. Hope this helps, guys. Good luck!
