Communication Challenge in IB

I don't know if this is really the place to post this, but I'm going to anyways. I have this bs class in college where I need to write a 5 page report about a specific communication challenge in the field I'm pursuing. The only problem is it also has several source requirements we need to meet  in our research for the problem. It has to be specific between two parties, and we need to use research to find the solution.

Any ideas about a specific communication challenge in IB?

I was thinking one possibility of interaction between clients and analysts in obtaining deal information. But then that doesn't really make sense because the data rooms pretty much have that all set up. Another idea I was thinking was analysts struggling to learn during the first year or so because of communication struggles between associates and other superiors. Don't know how to specify why here or where exactly shit breaks down. Or could do some bs on COVID and the online transition but once again don't know what to say to make it specific enough.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Senioritis hitting me like a fucking brick, and these college classes making us waste time doing bullshit.
