Compensation - Development Only

Saw a couple similar posts like this and thought I'd throw one together for development. I know titles and comp packages can vary so much from different places and a little detail would help here. I'll start us off.

Current Position: Associate Experience: 3 years Asset: Multifamily, student housing Market: Midwest Firm Size: 10 people Typical Hours: 40-50 hrs, 50+ occasionally

Comp: Base: $85k Bonus: 20-30%

Current Position: Dev Analyst Experience: Entry level out of UG Market: East Coast Firm Size: Mid sized Typical Hours: 45-55 Class A Multifamily

Base $68k Bonus 15-20%

 

Can we get some more data points from anyone? Would be great to get this thread going.

 

With all due respect, why do you care if another thread on comp data is posted? The more recent data points the better, right?

 

No. This rise of individual threads for individual roles or sectors of the business disaggregates the information and makes it harder to access in the future.

 

Well the Google Doc comp thread rarely gets bumped, so it's not like someone posting on this thread would be posting in the Google Doc otherwise.
