Computer Science Undergraduate: Target Schools?
Hi,
I'm a high school student applying for CS at some universities in Europe. Most people only talk about target business schools, but I'm wondering which of these could give me the best chance at a quantitative trading role:
Bocconi - BSc Economics, Management and Computer Science
Warwick - BSc Computer Science
Edinburgh - BEng Computer Science
King's College - BSc Computer Science
St. Andrews - BSc Computer Science
What about the Grandes écoles, i.e. École Polytechnique?
It's hard to study there from outside of France, it says that you need 2+ years of undergraduate study to enroll.
The only other way to be a quant outside of studying in France is to do a PHD in physics/maths.
UIUC probably.
