Condo Comps
Doing a land residual analysis on a potential land acquisition. Wondering what sites / resources you guys use for finding condo / for-sale resi comps? Other than zillow, trulia, etc., are there any better tools out there? Costar's only coverage (that I'm aware of) for resi is MF.
Any help much appreciated!
This stuff is going to be hyper-local data sources. In Atlanta, we used to use the Haddow report for stuff like this, and I'm sure most cities have some similar data provider.

Thanks - that's helpful.
Even something as simple as StreetEasy for NYC would suffice. I'm looking into Boston.
I use street easy for nyc. what about an MLS for Boston?
Anyone know of a good site similar to the ones listed above for Los Angeles?
MLS is what we use.
Worth reaching out to the major brokerage houses too. Just because they send you data doesn't mean you have to use them.
Bump.
Anyone have a similar listing for Northern Virginia?
Call a local condo broker to get some comps. Tell them that you work for a developer and they will do anything you want.
Good call. Thanks.
Reach out to a condo broker and tell them what you’re looking for and they’ll set up an MLS portal for you 100% of the time
