The big 4 (KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PWC) pay about PS55k to start, no bonus, no expenses. Other firms provide you with corporate accommodation, comprehensive expense package, and negotiated bonus. Obviously base will be lower as a result.

55K isnt bad since at todays fx rates thats $88k AND BCG pays $98K in NY and OWFS pays $100K. Does london comp benchmark the NY scale?

There is no way the big 4 give you 55k on joining after an undergrad degree. I assume that is after a couple of years/after an mba.

Straight out of undergrad MBB all offer between 30 and 40k, with a sign-on bonus of a few k and and annual bonus of a few k.

The pay is MUCH less than the equivalent positions in the US.

Hello members, I am very new to this forum. I would like to know the salary break up of a manager audit in a big 4 in London. Glassdoor range is around 55k so does this include car allowance which is normally 4.5 to 6k? or the car allowance is part of benefits hence the normal salary is 55k+4.5k. Thanks, really appreciate the help.

Yup, that's correct or even lower. Think Deloitte London pays PS32-PS35k for their analyst program. When you get to consultant, it gets to about PS42k then senior consultant starts at PS50k. Little to no bonus.
