Does anybody know what the generic e-mail format is for somebody in HR? Thanks in advance.

Been emailing a friend at CS and haven't noticed anything. Are they licensed? Check FINRA Broker Check to see where they registered now

I had no idea this existed, thanks!

Do you know their actual emails or are you going off the expected john.smith@credit-suisse.com format?
A common structure includes the middle initial - john.y.smith@credit-suisse.com - this may be tripping you up.

It's CS; they were probably laid off.

Companies change/add all the time, especially between divisions IE tech, wealth, and IB may have all different formats and change due to size of work force, consultants, temps, interns, layoffs (CS joke here) and increased with similar names. Executives change them routinely like passwords and socks.

jsmith@creditsuisse.com
john.smith@creditsuisse.com
john.j.smith@creditsuisse.com
" " "@cs.com etc....

its literally a guessing game

Maybe he's also forgetting the "-" in "credit-suisse.com", like you are...

You can also try "@csg.com" if you're lazy. But not "@cs.com" as suggested above.

just check under "Professionals" tab in CapIQ, but i'm pretty certain its first.last@credit-suisse.com

12/17/12

Could be missing a middle initial if common name. You got 26 chances.

12/17/12

haha ya, i do. Thanks, might just have to do that

12/17/12

It also could be first.last.#@credit-suisse.com (for example john.smith.3@credit-suisse.com) if there are multiple people with that name there

12/17/12

It will either be First.Last@CS, First.MiddleInitial.Last@CS or First.Last#@CS if there are multple people there with the same name but not necessarily the same person.
