Culture at BAML?

For those currently at BAML, what's the culture like? Is there still an ML/BoA divide? Any thing that they stress a lot? Eg: I understand Goldman stresses incredibly on teamwork and ownership and grill people a lot in interviews about this.

Thanks very much!

I found they had a WASPish culture. They were extremely collegial though and did everything together. Disclaimer: this is purely an observation from interviewing there (and turning them down) last year. Since then, many things may have changed. With respect to the BoA/ML divide, I really don't think it's that big an issue at the lower levels.
