Cushman Wakefield Financial Analyst Role
Want to know some of your opinions (preferably someone experienced in the industry). I know any role is good one, but this specifically isn't in the capital markets space, its more so in their global services office. Would firms consider this applicable experience?
What are the responsibilities / is there a specific group?
Sounds like its a part of their corporate capital markets team. Know some brilliant people who work in that space. Some still there, some have gone on to work in development, private equity asset/portfolio management, etc. They deal with strategy, analysis, negotiation and advisory to major corporations who are seeking optimal financing and occupancy strategies for their real estate portfolios. Not your traditional IS/Cap markets gig, but you'll get great exposure and learn a lot
Thanks man. I appreciate it.
You’re welcome... on the flip side, it could be a tenant rep broker that just deals with lots of companies who buy property instead of leasing... still good exposure and experience of you’re not having luck in the IS/cap markets sphere
