В идеале под каждую вакансию стоит хорошенько поработать над резюме. Даже если у человека нету опыта, важно указывать каким основным требованиям вакансии вы соответствуете. На своем опыте я очень хотела работать именно в единственной фирме, но на то время у меня не было опыта. В резюме я просто писала почему я так хотела именно туда и упоминала релевантные знания. И это сработала. Кроме того, в составлении резюме мне очень помог сервис cv2you , он очень прост и удобен по функционалу и результат порадовал.
