DCF analysis on car rental companies

Hello guys and gals,
I need help with a DCF analysis for a car rental company. First, do I include vehicle related depreciation and amortization in my EBITDA number or not? Second, do I include vehicle related capex numbers in the dcf, if I do I get negative cash flow, I suppose I don't include it, but my question here is why?
The company itself only measures non-vehicle related D&A and non-vehicle related capex for their numbers, but If I hop on a website like "Gurufocus" they include both vehicle and non-vehicle related numbers in their D&A and Capex values.
Any help and explanation will be welcomed.
