Hey everyone, I'm trying to make my final decision for where to start my career- Trading or DCM? Some facts/factors: - Both at BBs - Really like the people in both groups I'm trying to evaluate both options based on the following, so if you have any feedback that would be great. Thanks in advance! - Hours - Lifestyle - Comp/Bonus - Overall Experience I'll have - Exit Ops

DCM- slightly longer hours. Get in later than traders but leave later. Sometimes maybe about 4 hours on the weekends. Prob not much more than that. DCM-can easily pitch a transition to either IBD or S&T in the future if you want, but couldn't jump from S&T to IBD later if you decide you want to do that. S&T-will learn the markets much better. Also, you have to decide if you like "flow" work. DCM - don't really learn valuation. Let me know if you have any other questions. I don't know about pay in DCM, but I know it is under IBD. Exit ops - not too sure.
