Going through summer 2021 recruiting as a semi-target and seeing a huge gap between what people are saying on deal flow between certain middle markets and BBs. I know the bigger firms usually get much better/more diverse deal flow, but at the end of the day how does this change the experience besides the amount of work you receive as an analyst?

It effects how much you sit around and it effects bonus at the end of the day. Banks are driven by human capital so the more deals your group closes the larger you bonus is. It also justifies the higher base at BBs.
