Deciding between summer offers

Been a long time reader here but recently made an account.
I am a junior at a semi-target/target school and after a few rounds of interview, I was lucky enough to land a couple of offers.
I am deciding between Deutsche Bank and Barclays. Would appreciate any insight from all of you.

- Non-target --> FT Off-Cycle IBD AnalystSo I have been around here for about a year and half now, and have to say thank you to the community. - For those in their 30s+, where in your career are you vs. where you thought you would be in your 20s?Hey all, so the question is relatively straightforward. Specifically for monkeys in their 30s/40s, where are you in your career right now vs. where you thought you would be in your 20s? This can include job function (ex. moving from IB VP to CD or PE), career growth (ex. associate to...

- Damn these freeloading billionaires! So Warren called billionaires freeloaders because they paid around 3.2% of their total worth as tax this year while the rest paid 7.2% of their wealth. Surprised that you have this late to decide...
Depends entirely on what the offer is for (I guess IBD?). If so just pick wherever you like the people best or whichever bank is better in your preferred group.
Considering what JWR34 said (about the nature of the offers), I would say DB, but that is me. It depends on what impression you have about each of the two banks.
I've always been fond of BarCap, but they're clamping down on executive bonuses, which isn't a good sign, the whole rebrand from BarCap to Barclays and http://dealbreaker.com/2012/04/layoffs-watch-12-ba... I've heard from an analyst that this may be happening in NYC too
Banking or S&T?
What office is this for? This is too late for NYC - both firms have already had placement interviews for S&T, and personal info deadlines (for ids, etc) have passed for banking.
This is for investment banking, not sales & trading.
There are no placement interviews for banking at either bank. I definitely don't like the direction Barclays is going right now. They seem to have more rounds of layoffs than any other bank right now.
Any more comments/opinions?

need more details for location and groups.
It is a generalist offer and both are in New York.
how come your offers are so late?
OP, it sounds like you already have your mind made up and you're just looking for reinforcement here or for someone to give you advice that you may not have known about. You said it yourself that you don't like the direction Barclays is going in right now, so just pick DB if you'd be more comfortable there. Just go wherever you like the culture and people better.
I was actually leaning towards Barclays.
Is anyone familiar with Barclays to know whether I should be worried signing with them?
Just talked with a few guys on the S&T floor during my info. interview. They said they could set me up with some other firms around the city, and actually mentioned that they know someone at Barclays, but won't set me up with him because that place is on fire.
So I suggest DB, play it safe.
HOW THE FUCK IS A BB IN NY, IBD, STILL RECRUITING?
do you have a relational connection or wtf...applied online (if you say yes, i will shoot myself)? "friends" with an MD? fucking a recruiter?
pls share your methods :)
and kudos on the offers. flip a coin.
He never said NY you dum dum!
He actually did.
OP, go with DB.
OOPS LOL MISSED THAT. BUT YEAH GO WITH DB, DB IS AWESOME CUZ IT'S FUN TO SAY THE NAME
