Decision of moving from small-size private equity fund to a sell-side analyst role
Straight out of college, after interning for 1.5 years at a small-size PE fund, I have been given an offer to join the fund in a permanent role. However, due to organisation issues (senior is a ridiculous guy to work with), I am planning to reject this offer and move to a sell-side role - IB. How difficult (and smarter) would this decision be?
Or shall I just gulp it down and accept the offer ?
