DESTROY MY RESUME - 2021 SUMMER ANALYST IBD
Alright, well this will be my first significant post...
I'm kinda late to the game in terms of networking and active diversity recruiting– but still want to land a good summer analyst position next year (IBD in either MM or BB). All in all, I think it's a blessing in disguise because if I land one of these roles I'll know my candidacy was not solely dependent on my identities. I'm a Black woman from an elite non-ivy who recently committed to actually getting my head in the game. While the title speaks for itself, please make sure the criticism is constructive.
Will be drilling all the technical/behavioral interview strategies as I apply to these summer programs and will likely stop ghosting this community to actually contribute! I learn a lot from you guys on here and look forward to working my ass off to learn a lot more. :)

Nicely formatted and you have some solid experiences.
Aim to get your GPA up, as some firms will be recruiting into the summer and fall.
