Developers / General Contractors - how much is your GC charging you for OH / Site Supervision

Curious to know what is being charged in the market right now for supervision (general conditions) and overhead for ground up multi family developments.

OH&P (Fee) is pretty consistent around 3 - 5%. Guys I work with a lot is on the lower end. For General Conditions including supervision, this number seems to run around 7% of cost of work. Depends on how they are set up for staffing. The staffing/supervision breakout from the General Conditions runs about 60% of the overall GC's. Thats a full heavy staff of on site PM, APM, PE, a couple of superintendents, maybe more. I find the multi family projects take more staffing than any other asset I have built. Major West Coast market.
