Diversity Programs beyond undergrad

I'm entering a master's program in management science this fall, and coming from a different (mathematics) field am just finding out about these undergraduate diversity programs. Does anyone know any equivalents/similar programs at the grad school level to get into IB? Thanks!

Not understanding why my ask warrants monkey shit, probably just some hate on diversity like always. Anyhow, does anyone have any leads on master's degree diversity programs?
