Do employers see your age during on-campus recruiting?

This is a question for US-based MBA Recruiting only:

When I go to business school for my MBA degree in two years and internship/full-time on-campus recruiting season rolls around, will potential future employers see how old I am? IOW, will my stats on file with the school be shared with the employer and could potentially impact whether I get an interview or not?

I will be 31 by the time MBA internship recruiting will take place and because I graduated from college later in my life (age 26), this is NOT apparent from my resume. All relevant job experiences on my resume are after graduating from college. So for all I know, they would probably think I'm 27 rather than 31; plus, I look like I'm 22 lol.

Anyway, I just don't want to be at a disadvantage simply due to my age and was wondering whether on-campus recruiting would make that harder for the most competitive internships and jobs. Would appreciate you guys' help! Thanks! :)

Hi, I through this past years undergrad recruiting season at 27. It was for military specific recruiting, but I don’t think my age was seen as a limiting factor. If anything, it was a bonus because interviewers saw me as more mature. Just have specific and relevant examples of you working long hours without getting bogged down.
