Does "at a valuation of X" in articles etc. mean pre- or post-money valuation?
Short question as the title says:
If you read about VC investments in articles or other sources and it says "VC X invested 10 million in Company Y at a valuation of 100 million", does that mean a pre- or post money valuation of 100 million?
