Due Diligence interview

So.. not many people really interview for this (KPMG - Transaction Services - Business Due Diligence). How would one go about prepping for an interview (summer)? What kind of technical questions? (I've mainly been prepping for banking interviews). What's a good "why am I interested in this" answer...?? Something about the firm? Any help appreciated.

If you're in certain programs around the country (especially highly-accounting focused programs) you would find that there are many graduates who interview for these positions. You should know basic valuation methods and have a decent understanding of the the financial statements and how they interact with one another. I would expect a banking interview without the possibility of brain teasers or questions about specific stock's performance, etc.
