Duke's MMS or UVA's Global Commerce

I have read what I feel like the entirety of posts about both programs, but most are over 3 years old. I wanted to get advice or information from anyone regarding these programs both from an outside perspective as well as anyone in (or has been in) the programs. They both are 1-year programs that give students the ability to "re-brand" themselves as well as shore up on their business acumen. Duke positions itself more as an "MBA-lite" while UVA's is a much more rigorous and global experience. Looking through placements both programs do well, but it looks like UVA is much more hands-on with recruiting while Duke simply gives you the keys. That all being said I will include my background as well as a pro/con list for both schools and would love to hear any and all thoughts.

Background: Mid-Size State School in the South-East Biomedical Sciences and Finance concurrent majors Cumulative GPA: 3.75, Finance GPA: 3.92, GRE: 329, ACT: 32 President of 3 campus org (SGA, Community, Campus Recruiting) Member/VP of 5-8 other orgs 3 Internships (1 as a medical assistant, 1 as a back-office analyst, 1 as a New York Wealth management consultant) - tl;dr: Was pre-med, added fiance major so I could use entire full-ride scholarship and not graduate early, loved it. Senior year decided to switch and now transition myself into consulting.

Duke Pros: -More Prestigious -Alumni Network -More consultants (even more if you consider Duke is smaller) -Entirely in US (if I try to break into IB need to recruit in spring?) -Given a scholarship (equal cost to UVA program now) -Ability to return for an accelerated full MBA - Classes seems easier (but same case 1st year MBA students so?)

Cons: -MS in Management Studies looks dumb -Access to recruiting, but no help in recruiting

UVA Pros: -Two degrees ( MS Global Commerce from UVA and MS in Global Strategic Management from ESADE) -Spend 5 months outside US traveling -More directed recruiting efforts -Personally know 2 people recruited to MBB from program

Cons: -Put stress on relationship (want to keep) -No IB recruiting in Spring -COVID-19 may prevent traveling

Thanks for any and all help!
