Eminem's Rap on Trump: Good or Bad?

Last week I wrote a post which mentioned the potential to buy equity in Eminem's music catalog from 1999-2013. Since writing that post, Eminem went on the BET Cypher and lashed out at Trump with his freestyle called, "

".

In light of this new information, the value of Eminem's royalties immediately come into question.

On one hand, you can argue that this publicity will result in a surge of streams of his music (i.e., good for royalties). And he may see renewed support from an urban base which is usually associated with rap music.

On the other hand, you could say that Eminem's royalties have lost value as he has taken a polarizing stance against Trump and told anyone in his base that is for Trump to f#$k off.

So what do you think? Eminem's royalties - long or short?

Why do people care about famous people's political views? Isn't Em a 40-something man who still can't get over mommy and ex issues who got famous pushing the limits of what you can rhyme with "faggot"? Dropout, right? Does he like read a lot? At least mofos like James Franco are out there getting educations and shit.

I feel like a hedge fund started by 2 Chainz would be extremely successful. And what if that became the most successful hedge fund in history. Like whatup society, come to Eminem for politics and 2 Chainz for investment. Then Roger Stone, who has a Nixon back tat fyi, starts rapping and that blows up too. And now people are like, so wait, what are roles? Uni system crumbles. societal collapse or maybe enlightenment who knows but i'd diversify into the Trap Fund fosho

so fucking at the end of days, eminem will be the collapse of society. but in the opposite way all the soccer moms thought 10 years ago. back then, they were afraid he'd make their kids all kill each other. now eminem is on team soccer mom and blew up the global uni system and now their kids are pathless
