Excel financial modelling

Hi,

I am going to graduate high school and I am going to a target university. I want to go in IB but I am well aware that you must have skills with excel, especially financial modelling. Will I learn this at the university or maybe at an internship in the future or do I need to learn it by myself before i go in IB / do an internship?

( I know of course the basics of excel but nothing about financial modelling…)

Thanks
