First job experience, PE/VC Tech Focus

Hi guys, first time posting here.

First internship experience and have an interview with a little investment team, tech focus. I know the basics for IB interview, any advices on how to master a PE Interview where u should be tech oriented?

thanks

Not exactly sure what the question is asking. There are general PE interview tips across this forum so I’ll just respond to the tech part.

If you’re just talking about what tech trends you should know, I thought the book Unscaled by Hemant Taneja did a good job summarizing the themes that a lot of VC’s are following across different industry verticals. Otherwise general tech industry trends and where you can position yourself to best capture them.

If you meant as in tech skills, being familiar with a programming language or an understanding of computer science would be useful. It helps to know why something works vs. just understanding the money / business side.
