First Year Analyst Salary Expectations

What Should a first-year analyst - 20-year Vet expect to earn throughout their RE career?

Specifically, in top markets, NY, LA.

Obviously, this can range drastically based on what position they land within RE but what is the average non-target school RE kid making straight out of college these days in and what does career trajectory look like compensation-wise? Are there any lucrative career moves within RE that you've seen from those around you or even your own experience?

Very broad field… I know analysts working at mortgage brokers making 80-90k and then you have full commission brokers where you can make 0 but can also make 400k.

Also, if you end up at a blackstone or a Starwood you can make 200k all in.
