Frameworks for business partnerships?
I am wondering if anyone has consulting frameworks for evaluating business / corporate partnerships?
I am NOT asking about joint ventures, or prepping for interviews. This is a work related question.
I am working for a client, looking at partnerships with technology and media companies, and evaluating potential data partnerships. Assuming we already have nailed down 2 or 3 target partners for a client, how do I evaluate and/or produce an analysis for each partner candidate?
