I was wondering what the recruitment scene is like in the Canadian banks. If the global BBs in Toronto hire 2-5 people each year, how many people do the Big 5 each take?
Also, since RBC and CIBC are considered the best of the Canadian banks, would you experience a lower comp and less valued work experience at BMO, Scotia and TD?

Last year, TD took 12 analysts across Canada. BMO took ~18.
Not sure about Scotia/RBC/CIBC.
