Right now I'd say you're iffy for both. You maybe stand a chance of getting USC, maybe.
I would get more work experience and improve your GPA (retake the classes you didnt do well in - especially if they are quant classes). Your GMAT puts in you in the range, but your glaring weaknesses are the GPA and light work experience.
Just my two cents...
I'm at Anderson, you'll be okay, just kill the interview :)
