Got two IB Internships lining up next year, but just thinking about canceling the first one. Is it problematic?

I am a student and my plan for 2018 was to do 2 M&A internships at two different banks. Luckily I could save my first internship about 4 months ago, and then I applied for a SA stint (with my incoming internship of the first one on my resume) and got it too.
So far so good.. but I came to the conclusion, that I just would like to do one Internship since I would delay my graduation by nearly 1 year. My question now is: Will the second Bank I got offered the SA stint make any problem since they expect that I'll have M&A experience coming into the internship.
You’d have to check it with them. Otherwise they could accuse you of lying on your CV.
