I think that "prohibiting large companies from fashioning pay incentives that encourage employees to take financial risks that could threaten the economy or the viability of the institution" is a good idea in theory, but I have no faith in the morons in Washington to get it right. Just let the people with the relevant expertise run their f*cking companies!
Thoughts?
It's definitely being discussed at high levels, and being mentioned in the media more and more prominently.
If any administration could pull it off, it would be this one.
That said, I think it will remain nothing more than a fantasy socialists use when they treat themselves to some rough masturbation.
