Yes, for a financial analyst position and fit but also easy "technical" questions like what is NPV/IRR etc...this was years ago though

Not really, pretty straight forward if you know basic real estate terms and how to value properties. Should be fine, but again this was a few years ago and it might have changed. Gluck.
