GS TMT/FIG vs PJT RSSG vs Evercore M&A, BY EASE OF RECRUITING

How would you compare these in terms of first-year analyst's ability to recruit for MFs? Everyone knows that these are the best places to recruit from, but I was wondering in terms of culture (do senior management support recruiting and will go to bat for juniors), how do these rank?

I know that GS used to have a terrible reputation for firing analyst if they found out they were buy-side recruiting. I don't know if that changed much but you'll be able to get interviews at any fund you want at those GS groups and Evercore. PJT is probably a step below since their spinoff but you'd honestly just be splitting hairs. I would go with your gut feeling and what you're interested in (industry banking, M&A, RX). If exit opps is a factor that is just stupid.
